![]() ![]() I would like to highlight the TMCC Penang team for being the first VADS Contact Center to win the Best KRISTAL Award under the group category – LME. Thank you to POS Malaysia team for believing in yourself. We have brought the SL of 80%, abandon rate of >75% currently down to <15% and this was achieved based on the spirit of giving the best and not easily giving up. ![]() I must say the enthusiasm, energy, team spirit, togetherness and not fail spirit was well demonstrated by the team. They are being informed, how they have performed, what will be their target for the day and what they need to do if they cannot achieve the result. QA no longer stayed in their cubicle and they too came out and volunteered to help, the team leaders managed the daily performance by them- selves (without any request from the management). Trainers came in on the floor to ensure support was given on immediate basis as and it was required. They worked from then what they should do they ensure the team stays focus. But for those who ‘believed in’ what was required and ‘believed’ that they can give their best, continued. Among the team I could see that some of them could not take it anymore and willing to be ‘kept force’. Changes after changes made to look at the overall processes, fine tuning of system made, weekly huddle with client held. The discussion didn’t take place over a night but the team toiled many nights with me to look at all angles from people, process and technology. Together with the OD Hussaini, OD Kumaran, OM Nash, TM Alif & TM Shaharuddin, an ad-hoc committee was established to look at the overall support structure of POS Malaysia Project. From the day we took over from our client, the service level and overall performance has been very bad and if I were to rank our projects, POS could be among the lowest. POS Malaysia started outsourcing to VADS since September 2016. I would like to talk about one of our projects which will be able to explain further on what I’m trying to express as mentioned above. How we want to shape BPO within and to the eye of public depends very much on us.
